We currently ship all orders within Australia using Australia Post, straight from our studio in the Northern Rivers, NSW.

Orders are packed with love and shipped out within 1–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. 📦✨

❥  Express Shipping: $13 AUD (2–3 business days)

❥ Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

signature on delivery

All parcels are shipped with Signature Required for extra peace of mind. If you prefer your package to be left without a signature, just leave a note at checkout, but please know this is at your own risk, and we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.

faulty or damaged items?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo and your order number, and we’ll sort it out. We offer store credit or exchanges. Just make sure your item is unused and in its original packaging.

Just email us at help@fairyfilters.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
